Meet Joanne Gallagher, CEO, founder and sole owner of SOAR. As a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Joanne has led multi-million-dollar projects and teams to support local, state and national initiatives in health and human services. With over 25 years of management consulting experience, Joanne has had the privilege of working in executive positions with Tier 1 consulting firms, including Deloitte, Accenture and KPMG.
